Goals & Objectives: Participants will be provided an overview of the components and dynamics of divorce and custody disputes and be more capable of holistic and accurate assessment and case conceptualization. Participants will better understand the ethical and legal pitfalls associated with custody disputes and learn practical tools to minimize the risk of ethical violations or censor. Participants will better understand the importance of professional competence in custody matters and working with clients involved in forensic and court-related cases.
